In this episode new screenwriter Jan Arado asks me questions about an option agreement that a producer recently presented to her. Jan recently met this producer through my email and fax blast service, the producer liked the screenplay and is now interested in optioning it. Since I get so many questions about option agreements, I figured doing a podcast episode where I answer her questions would be beneficial to a lot of other writers as well.
