The script for Breakfast at Tiffany’s was written by George Axelrod based on the novel by Truman Capote. Apparently, Capote wanted Marilyn Monroe to play Holly Golightly and was not a fan of Audrey Hepburn at all. (This script isn’t a great photocopy, but it was the best I could find — hope it’s readable!)
